What's it all about?
The THUMP advanced course has been designed to take personal trainers and group exercise instructors to another level of boxing for fitness.
You will learn new ideas, combinations, routines, and advanced techniques for your boxing sessions in this dynamic workshop created by THUMP Training Systems.
You will also be introduced to kickboxing for fitness routines adding another dimension to your sessions. Basic kickboxing combinations will be taught with an emphasis on safety and injury prevention.

How many CEC's and PDP's do you gain?
You will receive 5 CEC's and 2 PDP's upon successful completion of the Advanced course. These CEC's are recognised nationally by Fitness Australia and the PDP's by Kinect Australia.
Below is a brief outline of what you will cover in the course:

Learn basic kickboxing combinations and routines involving knees, elbows, and front kicks.
- Advanced Pad Holding
How to hold focus pads for advanced combinations
- Advanced Boxing Combinations
How to teach advanced combinations using hook punches, ducks and weaves.

How to challenge your participants mentally & physically, using boxing for fitness

Opening a whole new world of boxing for fitness to your clients
- Safety and Injury prevention
Learn how to structure safe and effective boxing, kickboxing, and self defence routines without the risk of injury
- 30 minute Master THUMP class to music
Learn how to combine the exerfises and combinations you learnt in Level 1 for group exercise classes
What are the prerequisites for doing the Advanced course?
You must successfully complete the THUMP Level 1 course prior to participating in the Advanced course.
How much does it cost?
The cost of the Advanced course is $205.
Can I call my classes THUMP Boxing after I have successfully completed the THUMP Courses?
No. THUMP is a registered and trademarked program and a License must be purchased to be able to call and brand your classes as THUMP Boxing. Please click here for further information on the THUMP License.
