What is a THUMP Blast WorkShop?

A THUMP Blast WorkShop is a two hour practical workshop designed for trainers who have completed the Level 1 course and want to experience all the music, energy, motivation, and passion that goes along with being part of a THUMP Boxing class.

You will learn new teaching concepts for boxing combinations as well as structured conditioning drills for all levels of fitness. As always at THUMP the focus is safety, fitness, and fun with an emphasis on coaching strategies and principles.

The Blast class is run by THUMP's most senior presenters and is sure to get your heart thumping. You will be taken through dynamic boxing combinations and cardio routines which will challenge you physically as well as mentally.

If you are a group exercise instructor teaching THUMP Boxing classes it is important that you are attending at least 1 Blast Workshop each year. This will help keep your classes fresh and exciting as well as up to date with all the latest in boxing for fitness.

Who can participate?

A Blast Class is available to any trainer who has completed the Level 1 course. This class is not open to the general public or any trainer who has not completed the minimum Level 1 course from THUMP.

How much does it cost?

The cost of a Blast class is $55.A Blast Course Workshop is FREE for everyone that registers for the Level 1 & Advanced Course.

Can I call my classes THUMP Boxing after I have successfully completed the THUMP Courses?

No. THUMP is a registered and trademarked program and a License must be purchased to be able to call and brand your classes as THUMP Boxing. Please click here for further information on the THUMP License.

How many CEC's and PDP's do you gain?

You will receive 2 CEC's and 1 PDP points and a certificate of participation.
