| Refund Policy: |

| A refund will be given if you cancel thirty (30) working days or more prior to the course date you originally booked in for. You will incur a $50 cancellation fee. The refund will be issued within thirty (30) days from the date of notice. |

| A credit to the next course date will be given if you cancel twenty nine (29) to three (3) working days prior to the course date. You will incur a $10 transfer fee. A credit is only valid for twelve (12) months from the original date of payment and can only be used for a THUMP Training Systems course. You will be charged a transfer fee of $10 each time you transfer course dates. |

| If you cancel or postpone with less than three (3) working days prior to the course or you do not show up to the course, you will be issued with a 12 month credit from date of payment. You will also incur a $50 no show fee. You will be charged a transfer fee of $10 each time you transfer course dates. |
