THUMP will endeavour to deliver all goods within 7 working days depending on availability of stock and specific requirements. Purchases will only be refunded if there is a fault with the goods and/or incorrect sizing but not for change of mind. Damaged goods must be returned at the customers expense within 7 days of receiving them. THUMP will send out the replacement goods at its own expense.
